When we perform commercial kitchen cleaning, we use the most effective chemicals to remove grease and build-up in the exhaust system. Whenever we perform cleaning near electrical wiring, and fan modules, we use the dry cleaning method. Afterwards, we polish the canopy to give it a pristine finish and further protect against rust and corrosion.
When we have finished cleaning the canopy and ventilation systems, we will provide you with a complete report which will detail all the chemicals we have used, and you will receive pre-and-post cleaning photographic records.
